- Take a piece of paper and a pen or pencil
- Stand with your heels against the wall
- Stand upright, placing your weight on both feet
- Get someone else to draw a line be the tip of your toe
- Measure the length from the wall to the line
- Add 3-5 mm to the measured length (important for toe space)
- Compare the foot length with size chart

- Coge un trozo de papel y un bolígrafo o un lápiz
- Colóquese de pie con los talones contra la pared
- Ponte erguido, apoyando el peso en ambos pies
- Pídele a otra persona que dibuje una línea desde la punta de tu pie.
- Mide la longitud desde la pared hasta la línea
- Añada 3-5 mm a la longitud medida (importante para el espacio de los dedos)
- Compara la longitud del pie con la tabla de tallas
